Therapy for Individuals and Couples

EVERY BODY IS SAFE HERE

I am worthy of the time it takes to do the things that heal my heart.
— Morgan Harper Nichols

Pursuing healing is brave, it takes courage to say yes to vulnerability and open ourselves to growth and change. My deepest hope is that I may be someone who will take you one step closer to freedom. With curiosity, we can work to uncover the messages that have held you back from embracing yourself, in all that you may be.

I can help with …

01
Eating Disorders
E.D. recovery is so much more than recovering your relationship with food. It’s about recovery of your self, recovery of how your body interacts with the world. It’s about relearning to take up space. It’s about trusting your body without the function of food controlling your thoughts and actions.

It is never going to feel comfortable to start recovery, but it’s always worth it in the end. Recovery from an eating disorder is choosing life. If not now, when?

02
Anxiety
Anxiety has its origins in keeping us safe, but a vast majority of anxiety in the modern world is unhelpful. Whether your anxieties are from a new circumstance or are a long-time habit, there is hope through practice, mindfulness, and a counselor helping keep you accountable.

03
Pregnancy, Postpartum and New Parent
Many people find unexpected anxieties, self-doubt, or relational difficulties arise during this huge life transition. No thought is too small to share during this time and having a place to speak your mind can help you to feel less alone during a potentially isolating period.

04
Life’s Big Questions
I create a safe and intentional space to explore purpose and existence. A lack of meaning in your life can come from living unaligned from your values. I ask critical questions and hold space for your experience.

05
Times of Transition
I love to work with folks from all walks of life. Whether through relationship endings, identity transitions, or spiritual questions, therapy can guide towards the most authentic version of you.

"Your body is not a dept to be paid. It is a home for your soul. A safe space for the softness in your bones. Its a miralce of its own."

— Meha Sharma
